1. Explain why is GLP followed in the lab? 

Answer: GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) is defined in the OECD Principles as “a quality system concerned with the organizational process and the conditions under which research are planned, performed, monitored, recorded, archived and reported.” Outcome:

  • Minimize the chance of human errors
  • Support product registration, and also ensure the data suitability to the regulatory authorities
